The digital suspended solids and turbidity sensor is designed for continuous online monitoring in wastewater treatment plants, drinking water facilities, pumping stations, industrial processes, and surface water applications. Utilizing advanced infrared absorption and scattered light technology, along with a self-developed optical path and receiving structure, the sensor delivers highly accurate and stable measurements of suspended solids and turbidity concentrations. A real-time compensation algorithm minimizes drift and ensures reliable long-term performance, while an optional automatic cleaning brush reduces fouling and maintenance requirements for uninterrupted operation. Housed in durable 316L stainless steel and powered by a 12 VDC supply, the sensor features a standard RS485 interface with Modbus RTU communication for seamless integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, data loggers, and remote monitoring networks. Multiple cable lengths are available to accommodate a wide range of installation requirements.
