Utilizing advanced infrared absorption and scattered light technology, along with a self-developed optical path and receiving structure, the sensor delivers highly accurate and stable measurements of suspended solids and turbidity concentrations. A real-time compensation algorithm minimizes drift and ensures reliable long-term performance, while an optional automatic cleaning brush reduces fouling and maintenance requirements for uninterrupted operation. Housed in durable 316L stainless steel and powered by a 12 VDC supply, the sensor features a standard RS485 interface with Modbus RTU communication for seamless integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, data loggers, and remote monitoring networks. Multiple cable lengths are available to accommodate a wide range of installation requirements.
